Here’s everything you need to know about getting started at PURE Plastic Surgery, from scheduling your consultation to booking your surgery and arranging accommodations for your stay in Miami.
Schedule a consultation
The booking process starts with scheduling a consultation. You can choose from in-house or virtual consultation options, depending on your needs and preferences.
- Virtual Consultations: Connect with our surgeons or coordinators from anywhere globally through a secure platform. This flexible option allows you to discuss your medical history, treatment goals and concerns without the need to travel. Virtual consultations are free with our coordinators, while a fee will be collected for a virtual consultation with our surgeons. Any fees collected will go toward your procedure.
- In-Person Consultations: If you prefer to meet directly with our surgeons, schedule an in-person consultation by calling our office or completing our online contact form. Consultation fees are collected and will be credited toward your surgery.

Booking your surgery
Once you submit an inquiry or complete your consultation, our coordinators will evaluate your suitability for surgery and call you to review the provider’s recommendations. They will also be able to provide you with a personalized quote. This is your opportunity to discuss any questions you may have and understand the full scope of the procedure.
Deposit & payment options
Deposit
Secure your surgery date with a deposit — 10% or 20% of your total quote. If your deposit is 20%, it is fully refundable up to 45 days before your surgery.
Payment Flexibility
Full payment is required two weeks before your procedure. You have the option to pay all at once, in installments or use financing options such as Cherry, CareCredit and Alphaeon.

Scheduling Your Surgery
After putting down your deposit, our coordinators will help arrange your procedure. You will need to have a date selected in order to book — we cannot accept a deposit without a specific surgery date. You’ll have the flexibility to reschedule up to three times within a year of booking, as long as you let us know 45 days or more before your scheduled procedure. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
Travel Plans
Once you’ve booked your surgery, it’s time to start planning for your arrival in Miami! Keep in mind that you will need to arrive at least two business days before your scheduled procedure for your pre-op appointment and stay in town for at least a week for your post-op evaluation on day five.
