Mikele Aboitiz Earle, CEO of PURE Plastic Surgery in Miami is an advocate for education, women’s health and civil rights locally and internationally. She co-founded PURE with her husband, Dr. S. Alex Earle, MD, FACS with a mission to provide safe plastic surgery in Florida through education, transparency and innovation.
Prior to her role at PURE, Mikele was a consultant for small businesses and non-profit organizations providing project management, coalition building and strategic planning expertise on various local and national projects. She is passionate about encouraging participatory democracy as a process to achieve results. Stemming from her work in advocating for community health and women’s rights, she published various articles and presented at a number of conferences.
Mikele has a master’s in business administration concentrated in strategic management from Fordham University in New York and a bachelor’s in anthropology from Drew University in New Jersey.
She served on the boards of the Miami-Dade County Commission for Women and Reaching U: a Foundation for Uruguay – an organization she co-founded to fund educational improvements in Uruguay. She currently volunteers with the Women’s Fund of Miami and the Miami Foundation. Mikele enjoys playing tennis, cooking, traveling with her family and mentoring young women. She is mom of three teenagers and loves spending time with them when they agree.
