The Miami Makeover – a signature procedure at PURE plastic surgery

PURE Plastic Surgery is a Miami-based plastic surgery practice known for setting the standards for beautiful, timeless and safe cosmetic surgery. In 2022, we unveiled the South Beach Butt Lift (SoBeBL), our signature Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure for our patients with lower levels of fat and body mass index (BMI). This year we are introducing the PURE Miami Makeover – a combination of a breast procedure (breast lift or augmentation) with either Lipo 180 or Lipo 360. High definition liposculpture can be added as well.
Suture Extrusion – "Spitting Sutures"
During surgery, wounds are closed by sewing the skin together with dissolvable sutures or stitches for healing. Some are placed under the skin, while a top layer of stitches is also used to close the incision. The deep sutures are primarily dissolving ones. Your surgeon may only use dissolvable sutures or combine them with permanent sutures, depending on the procedure. The dissolvable sutures tend to be clear or white in color.
