What is your ideal BBL esthetic?
All bodies are beautiful no matter the shape or size – this includes derrières. When planning for your Ultrasound Brazilian butt lift (BBL) at Pure, it is important to bear in mind your body shape prior to surgery and to consider what shape and size best suits your goals. Photos are a helpful way to illustrate your preferences, however they are not always realistic in terms of what can be achieved based on you underlying foundation. Here are a few considerations that contribute to a successful BBL.
What is your BBL esthetic?
Are you a Vixen, Soft Vixen, Skinny or Enhanced Natural?
- Vixen – very small waist, prominent hips and larger buttocks
- Soft Vixen – small waist, less prominent hips and buttocks than Vixen
- Skinny BBL – athletic look often accompanied by abdominal etching
- Enhanced Natural – refined enhancement of your natural shape with smooth curves and transitions
Laterals (lats) vs. hips
To achieve your desired BBL results, you must consider your lats and hips in relation to the overall shape. Lats are closer to the waist and hips are closer to the thighs. Augmentation to these areas may reduce hip indentations (hip dips) and result in the desired silhouette. Together we will discuss whether fat should be deposited in one or both areas to achieve desired results.
Buttocks shape
We offer four options for buttocks shape: Shelf, Slopey Shelf, Pokey Slope, and Slope. Each shape refers to the placement of the buttocks’ curve from the body’s sideview silhouette.
